# White Label Documentation There is a specific runbook to use to white-label documents if you are using our BaaS Service. **You should always approve your co-branded documents with the Delos team prior to go-live** Contact or your designated representatives, we would be glad to assist you **THE MAIN IDEA IS THAT THE CUSTOMERS HAVE TO BE AWARE THAT A PART OF THESE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED BY DELOS.** ## **A. Name of Entity/Natural Person and Account Signatory Name as applicable 2. A clear table of what fees the person/company is expecting to pay (these can be boilerplate and not custom) 3. Link to restricted jurisdictions and business types or a list of these which have to mirror ours available here: 4. The following verbiage: *By proceeding with the onboarding process for \[Client.Company] with BAAS PARTNER NAME and all underlying banking providers as referenced in the terms the Client (\[Client.Company]) hereby agrees to these commercial terms outlined in the proposal.* *These terms will be deemed effective upon the completion of the onboarding process and the successful issuance of live, active account access credentials to the Client via electronic mail.* *The client recognizes that these terms signify a commitment to collaboration, certifies that they are not involved in any of the above-mentioned restricted or banned businesses or jurisdictions and they will be binding upon the client accepting BAAS PARTNER NAME's account agreements during the onboarding process.* 5. **This can be either signed or click to accept in a PDF export format, but all of the above has to be in place for this document to be deemed valid and account opened.** ## **C. Signed Terms** As accounts are provided by Delos, you have to link Delos terms and conditions in your terms and conditions that clients sign when signing-up to use your service. Your clients should see that the services are provided by Delos **Whilst we do not require you to input this data in any footers of any websites you have that are client-facing neither do we require for you to state this in every marketing materials,** we will require you to link our terms and conditions within your terms and conditions on our website. Document has to be in the following format (amend accordingly for natural persons or legal entities) **Here, BaaS partner name is your (client) name** *Account Terms Confirmation for \[Client.Company]* *General disclosures:* *I, \[Client.FirstName] \[Client.LastName], agree and accept BAAS Partner Name’s and Delos Financial's terms of use, terms of business and all of the underlying account and platform agreements as well as agreements attributed to BaaS Partner Name’s partners including Delos Financial.* *These agreements can be found by clicking the below link:* *I certify that all information provided by me during the application process is accurate and complete.* *I affirm that neither me or my business are involved in any prohibited or illegal activities, nor am I or my business exposed to any prohibited jurisdiction according to BaaS Partner Name's prohibited business and jurisdiction list located here: {LINK}* *I certify that I hold an authorised signatory role within \[Client.Company] and am authorised to act on behalf of the company to complete this application.
